January’s general membership meeting focuses on women’s health and fitness with expert speakers to share their knowledge about health, weight management, nutrition and fitness. Please see below for information about our guests.


Kristina R.B. Kratovil, MD, of Executive Internal Medicine

Dr. Kratovil earned her medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia in 2005. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Psychology from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia in 2001. Dr. Kratovil served as a Medical Officer in the United States Navy from 2005 to 2014, completing her internship and residency at Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, Virginia in 2006 and 2012, respectively, and one year as the Chief of Residents in 2013. She has been certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine since 2012. Dr. Kratovil is an Internal Medicine physician who has special interests in academic medicine, preventative medicine and weight management.



Jim White of Jim White Fitness & Nutrition Studios

Jim graduated Summa Cum Laude from Youngstown University in Ohio with a B.A. in Nutrition. He is credentialed by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as a Registered Dietitian and certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health Fitness Instructor. Jim is currently the National spokesman for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and has the reputation of being one of the top health professionals in the area. As a national spokesman, Jim is on the nutrition & fitness advisory board for Men’s Fitness and Oxygen magazine and is a monthly contributor for RadioMD. Jim and his team have helped hundreds lose thousands.
