Fund for the Future (Endowment Fund)
The intention of this Fund is to ensure the success and future of the JLNVB through creating income to augment the monies already raised by the JLNVB’s annual fundraisers. The interest from this Fund will be put towards the JLNVB’s administrative costs which frees up the money raised through fundraisers to go directly to the community.
What you will get in return
Apart from the sense of satisfaction that your tax deductible donation will give you, you will also be recognized for your gift. Each month all donations will be listed in TIDEings as designated by the donor. You can give a gift in honor of someone special, in celebration of a special event, or with a short message to thank someone for a job well done! The Junior League of Norfolk-Virginia Beach, Inc. welcomes all donations. If your gift falls within one of the Donor Recognition Levels, you will be included on a plaque to be prominently displayed at the Taylor-Whittle House.
Annual Fund
Through the generosity of donors, the Annual Fund will provide essential support for the Junior League of Norfolk-Virginia Beach, Inc. and will help to offset our operational costs. The Annual Fund provides unrestricted funds to the JLNVB, which enhances our ability to provide quality community services projects and trained volunteers who serve the needs of the Hampton Roads community.
When you give to the Annual Fund, you are helping to ensure that the JLNVB will continue to offset our day-to-day expenses, to free up monies to go back into the community and to provide for the future of the JLNVB.
