First Annual Touch-a-Truck

On April 28, JLNVB hosted its first annual Touch-a-Truck at Hunt Club Farm in Virginia Beach. The event was a huge success with over 1,500 tickets sold in its inaugural year!

2013 Kids in the Kitchen

The 2013 Kids in the Kitchen event was held on Saturday, March 23, at Pembroke Mall. We exceeded our goal of 250 participants and a great time was had by all in attendance.

Whole Foods has teamed up with the JLNVB to support our Healthy Kids Initiative. Join healthy eating specialist Cara each Wednesday morning for creative and fun hands-on lessons about healthy eating for children ages 3-5.

JLNVB Blood Drive

On Saturday, January 12, the Junior League of Norfolk-Virginia Beach, Inc. hosted a Blood Drive with the American Red Cross. 81 units of life-saving blood were collected and transported to local hospitals.

Little Hands, Big Difference
